What is the age requirement to use Spotlite Live?

Spotlite Live is intended for users 17 years of age and older. The App is rated 17+ due to unrestricted web access and live streaming content. If you are under 17, you must not use this App. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How do I join the streaming queue?

Open the app, tap "Join Queue" on the main screen, and wait for your turn to be randomly selected.

How does the random selection work?

Our system uses a fair randomized selection where everyone has an equal chance to be chosen, regardless of when they joined.

How do I purchase coins?

Go to your wallet, select a coin package, and complete the purchase through the App Store. Coins are added instantly after purchase.

How do I send virtual gifts?

While watching a stream, tap the gift icon, select a gift, and tap send. The gift will appear in the streamer's chat.

Why can't I stream?

Make sure you have camera and microphone permissions enabled. Also ensure you're connected to a stable internet connection.

How do I update my profile?

Tap your profile picture, then tap "Edit Profile" to change your display name, username, or profile picture.

I'm not receiving push notifications

Check your device's notification settings for Spotlite Live. Make sure notifications are enabled in both the app and device settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and tap Delete Account. If you run into any issues deleting your account, contact support at spotliteapp.help@gmail.com.
