- Photo Library Access: Used to select and crop profile pictures
- Device Identifiers: For push notifications and app functionality
- Push Notification Tokens: We store Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to send you push notifications about queue updates and app activity

- Streaming Activity: Data about your streaming sessions and queue participation
- Coin Transactions: Records of virtual currency purchases and usage, including transaction IDs, product IDs, purchase amounts, and timestamps
- App Interactions: How you use the app's features and functionality

5.1 Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Firebase's enterprise-grade infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
5.2 Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active
- Streaming data: Retained for platform functionality
- Transaction records: Retained for financial and legal compliance (including transaction IDs, purchase amounts, and timestamps as required by law)
- Chat logs: Retained up to 180 days for safety, security, and moderation, then deleted or aggregated
- Push notification tokens: Retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Control
- You can update your profile information at any time
- You can delete your account and associated data
- You can opt out of push notifications in device settings
- You can request access to your personal data at any time
6.2 Data Deletion
- You can delete your account at any time through the App settings
- When you delete your account, we delete your authentication account, user profile record, and profile photos associated with your account
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance and financial recordkeeping (e.g., transaction and payout records as required by law)

7. Age Requirement
Our App is intended for users 17 years of age and older. The App is rated 17+ due to unrestricted web access and live streaming content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 17 years of age. If you are under 17, you must not use this App. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 17 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
8. International Users
If you are using our App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located.
